days gone by

so as ususal I started off strong with Feb photo a day but have lost some momentum towards the end...oh well don't 'they' say it's better to have run the race and lost than to have not run the race at all.

so here is day 23 - your shoes - I love my Keen shoes they are so comfy and yet not nannery!

Day 22 - where you work

Well how embarassing.  today's photo theme is 'where you work' but I didn't go to work today, so no photo.  Now I feel even more guilty that I took a sickie, I am a bad, bad person.

So I've been at a work conference since Wed and my photos have suffered as a result.

Day 19 Something you hate to do:  I hate having to shooo these cockatoos off our deck;  they are cute but  also total wrecking machines!

Day 14 - Heart

It's St V day so of course today's photo word is heart.  I have this weird decorating for events obsession - in the past it's been Christmas (of course) and Easter.  But I've now also included little vignettes for Aust Day, St V Day and am thinking this year of including St Pats day, Queen's Bday and Spring racing carnival.
So without further ado, here is my 2012 ode to St V day

Day 13 - Blue

I made this quirky ring at a Betty Jo workshop I did last year.  Betty Jo suggested I turn it into a brooch but I enjoy wearing larger rings so a ring it is.  I get lots of comments when ever I wear it...fun!
